Service Description

Grooming is an essential part of a modern dog’s life. We bathe your dog in carefully selected shampoo and trim them to suit their coat and breed. Appointment duration will be 2 - 4 hours depending on your dog's breed, bahviour and condition. Included in a Full Groom: - Nail Clipping - Ear Cleaning - Bathed with a quality shampoo to suit your dogs skin & coat type - Blueberry facial wash - Hand Dried - Styled to a trim to suit you and your dogs lifestyle

Cancellation Policy

Salon clients - at least a 24 hour notice period is required per dog, failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the grooming fee. Clients failing to give the required 24 hours cancellation notice and miss their appointment completely will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the grooming fee and a 20% non-refundable deposit for any future appointments. Academy students - If you wish to cancel your course then this must be done before the final payment is required. Once the total amount is paid it cannot be refunded except in exceptional circumstances.
