Service Description

If you're considering a career in dog grooming, it's important that you find the right school, teacher and course for you. This is an opportunity to ask all the questions you may have, meet Tasha and her team and the opportunity to chat with trainees that are currently completing this course.

Cancellation Policy

Salon clients - at least a 24 hour notice period is required per dog, failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the grooming fee. Clients failing to give the required 24 hours cancellation notice and miss their appointment completely will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the grooming fee and a 20% non-refundable deposit for any future appointments. Academy students - If you wish to cancel your course then this must be done before the final payment is required. Once the total amount is paid it cannot be refunded except in exceptional circumstances.
